  1. Smile.Smiling releases endorphins, which help you feel better and loosen up. Smiling also makes others around you smile, which in turn makes you happy.It also looks really great.
  2. Maintain good posture. When you slump, it makes you look upset or disappointed. Sit and stand up straight.
  3. Talk casually. If your voice is low or you don't show enthusiasm, people are likely to think you are sad. Be sure to talk about light, enjoyable topics.Bear in mind that put-on shrill voices can make people think that you are really upset.
  4. Maintain eye contact when you speak or when someone is speaking to you. This shows that you care about them and what they have to say - It also keeps you in the conversation-when you start fiddling with that zipper people might think you dont care!
  5. Laugh. Laughing ALSO releases endorphins, and burns calories(I know!). It makes others around you feel comfortable, and can help you lighten up.

Tips

  • Don't look down when you walk. This shows insecurity and sometimes it can be a really hard thing to do when your talking to someone as you walk-you could also walk into someone!
